Academic & Selection Process
Announcement of Applications
Pratibha Foundation officially announces the admission process for each new batch through its website, and other communication channels. Eligible Catholic graduates aspiring to prepare for the Civil Services Examination are invited to apply.
Registration and Scrutiny
Interested candidates submit their applications along with the required documents. Each application is carefully scrutinized to verify eligibility criteria, academic qualifications, supporting documents, and completeness before being shortlisted for the next stage.

Written Examination
Eligible candidates appear for a written entrance examination designed to assess their aptitude, analytical thinking, general awareness, reasoning ability, and overall potential required for Civil Services preparation.
Panel Interview
Candidates who qualify in the written examination are invited to attend a panel interview. The interview evaluates their motivation, communication skills, personality, leadership qualities, commitment to public service, and readiness to undergo Civil Services coaching.
Final Selection
The final selection is based on the candidate's overall performance in the written examination and panel interview, along with the verification of eligibility and supporting documents. Only the most deserving and committed aspirants are selected.
Joining Details
Selected candidates receive an official admission offer and are enrolled in the designated Civil Services coaching academy. Before joining, they attend an orientation session where they are briefed on the programme, academic expectations, code of conduct, and guidelines before commencing their preparation.
